The first prize includes a cash prize of ₹1 Crore, trophy, medal, and the prestigious title of Indian Rummy Grandmaster. There are other prizes for Zonal winners and runner-ups.

Any 18+ Rummy player from the participating zones can register and compete in the Indian Rummy Grandmasters.

Indian Rummy Grandmasters is structured into four zones across India: North & East, West, South - I, and South - II.
Each zone will conduct its own Qualifiers and Zonals, leading to the selection of zonal champions who will compete in the Nationals Indian Rummy Grandmasters.
